Hearing and Appeals

When a person’s application has been refused by the Home Office or the Entry Clearance Officer it will in most circumstances give the person a right to appeal against the decision and have their case heard by an Immigration Judge.

If a person is given a right of appeal it is imperative that they seek legal advice and assistance as appeal as subject to tight deadlines and in many cases complex.
