Training and Consultancy Service

The training and consultancy service is targeted at your staff members and will be focused upon developing both awareness and knowledge of the company's legal obligations concerning migrant employees.  Morgan Dias proposes 3 formats through which this may be delivered:

Seminars:      

Seminars can be provided to a variety of audiences on a range of immigration subject topics.  These seminars can be conducted at your premises or at a mutually agreed site.

It is envisaged that seminar topics will initially cover general areas of concern, such as developing an understanding of the Points Based System and its practical application. 

Specific matters of concern can relate to the Sponsorship Licence System and how a migrant worker's country of origin can affect the rules and regulations applied to employing them.  

It is also our intention to provide handouts incorporating the seminar presentation and any other relevant material to the subject matter.

One-to-One Advisory Meetings:

Should any individual or small groups of individual employees require specific advice with regards to any migrant employee, provision can be made to supply such subjective advice upon request. 

Regular Emailed Updates and Seminars:

Morgan Dias would also undertake to keep you informed and up to date on any new developments within the immigration sector which are likely to affect your company.  Such a service can be provided in two formats; email information sheets and seminars. 

We regularly produce information sheets which cover changes within areas of our expertise and promptly forward them to our clients. 

We would also be willing to provide seminars on a topical basis as and when a particular topic arises.  This service would be subject to the importance of the matter to your company and the demand for such a seminar from within your company.
