Fees Individual
At Morgan Dias Immigration Consultants Ltd we are able to offer three different types of initial consultations to assist all our clients.
1) ‘Ask a question' - If you have a simply question to ask, please feel free to call or email us. The charge for this service is £25
2) ‘Detailed question' - If you have a detailed question relating to your matter which involves considering documentation, we will be happy to assist. Please email us with your detailed question and the documentation. The charge for this service is £60
3) ‘Face to Face' - This service involves an appointment with an accredited caseworker, who will spend up to an hour with you considering your matter and giving you expert advice and clear way forward. The accrediated caseworker will also write to you after the appointment to confirm your matter and the advice given. The charge for this service is £100
We endearvour with all the above services to give you a prompt response. We will try to respond within the same working day to your question, however if we receive your question outside of our working hours (Working day 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday), we will respond the following working day.
Please Note: The above services do not include any letters, telephone calls or applications. However if you do decide to instruct us completely with your case we will minus the charge of the consultation from the charge of your case.
Private Services
We offer our private clients fixed fees for their cases. This includes all telephone conversations with them and on their behalf. Letters to them and on their behalf. However it does not include payments to interpreters, medical or other experts or to the Home Office. It will be the clients' responsibility solely to make these payments.
Payment
Payment for your matter can be made in varies way to Morgan Dias Immigration Consultants Ltd:
1) Cash
2) Cheque - Please make cheques payable to Morgan Dias Immigration Consultants Ltd
3) Postal Money Orders
4) Banker's Draft
5) BACS transfer. Please contact us and we will provide you with our bank details. It is important that you use your reference number when making this type of payment so that we can link payment with your case.
