SEAMS (Skipworth Engelhardt Asset Management Strategists) are experts in investment planning decision support for asset rich organisations.  Through use of their WiLCO modelling software, SEAMS can ensure that decisions on what to spend, on which asset and at what point in time are geared towards achieving corporate strategy in the most economic and efficient way.

SEAMS has 45 full-time permanent employees. The company's turnover and profit continue to grow at 25% per year.

To recruit and leverage the best available talent from the UK or further afield if necessary.

5) Why did SEAMS need Morgan Dias assistance?

Securing the best skills possible is key for SEAMS given its size and the unique area in which it works. As a company, SEAMS is not always able to source those skills from within the UK and Morgan Dias' support allowed us to employ a foreign national as efficiently and speedily as possible.

6) What were the challenges with immigration were SEAMS facing?

The whole process of immigration remains extremely complicated for employers and as a result SEAMS weren't confident of approaching it directly. Morgan Dias clearly knew their way through the process and could offer expert advice.

7) Why did SEAMS choose to use an immigration specialist?

Due to the complexity of the process and to SEAMS having limited experience of dealing with work permits, an immigration specialist seemed to be the most effective way forward for us.
