Changes to the age limits for partners of Points Based System app

On the 21 August the UKBA published it revised guidance on the age requirements for husbands, wives and civil partners under the points based system

This means that now all husbands, wives and civil partners of a PBS applicant will have to be 18 years old and over on the date of arrival in the UK in order to be allowed into the UK.

 The main applicant will also need to be 18 years old or over
